Tiny Homes for Jacksonville

Marand Builders recently volunteered with HabiJax (Habitat for Humanity of Jacksonville) to help build 50 Tiny Homes for the community. The pandemic has hurt many cities this year including Jacksonville and the housing market has only gotten worse for lower income families. Habitat for Humanity will be providing these furnished homes lower than the fair market rent to help these families. With the huge need for affordable housing, Marand and Habitat for Humanity are taking one step forward to helping solve this issue.
