Marand Builders, Inc. Celebrates 25 Years in 2024
Marand Builders, Inc. is celebrating 25 years in 2024. This special anniversary marks a time to reflect on where we have been and look ahead to our future.
Founded in 1999 by Francisco Alvarado as a small general contracting business out of Charlotte, NC, Marand has experienced significant growth and success. The company has expanded from a single office to seven, with our eighth office opening in Dallas Fort Worth in 2024. The Marand family has increased from just one employee to over 180 dedicated professionals.
Our first commercial construction client was in the financial sector, which became a niche market for the company. Over time Marand has added several more sectors to our repertoire including healthcare, light industrial and corporate workplaces.
One thing that hasn’t changed in 25 years is our relentless dedication to our clients. We take pride in the fact that over 95% of our business is from repeat clients.
This year we are celebrating our growth and achievements by hosting parties for our employees, clients and trade partners across our footprint. In April, our Charlotte location hosted our 5th annual Crawfish Boil, which had the biggest turnout yet with over 150 attendees. We have also hosted celebrations at our Tampa, Jacksonville and Pompano Beach locations. Stay tuned for opportunities to celebrate 25 years of Marand in Georgia, Virginia and Texas.
As we look forward to another 25 years, we will continue to provide the highest level of service to our clients and remain as committed as ever to our mission of Building a Better Community.
