Marand Builders provides Design-Build Services to many of our repeat clients. The Design-Build delivery method is the best practice for delivering a construction project for clients that desire a faster project delivery time frame and/or understand the value of input from the CM/GC early in the process.
Where We’re Located
Our office locations throughout the greater Southeast and Mid-Atlantic allow us to serve our clients in 14 states. All our offices are full-service with local preconstruction, project management, and site supervision professionals. We handle many projects for the same clients throughout multiple regions and offices. Each office cross-pollinates and shares lessons learned with each other to ensure a consistent delivery with the clients we serve in multiple regions.
