Interior construction brings challenges separately unique from new building construction. Most interior construction occurs in, or adjacent to, occupied space. Marand understands these projects with a complete awareness of our environment. We know that our success in these projects requires a comprehensive understanding of how various building systems work and the ability to orchestrate our work in harmony with these operation systems.
We employ veteran Superintendents who know how to work with Property Managers and Building Operations to complete our work efficiently and to eliminate virtually any disruption to ongoing building.
We believe that in addition to understanding our work environment, the key to successful Interior Construction is assembling the correct team for the individual project challenge operations. Our team members have completed millions of square feet of complex interior tenant work including Medical Offices, Law Offices, Data Centers, Restaurants, Retail Spaces and Corporate Office upfits.
